Hi Lisa, message(s) sent, following the engineer visit on Monday I was hopeful that we may have cracked it, but I'm now up to six crashes/reboots of the hub this afternoon/evening

Hi David,

 

Thank you for coming back to us, I am sorry to hear you are still having a dropped connection, I have had a look our end and I can see there is an area issue and it is an SNR issue (Signal to Noise Ratio) the estimated fix date and time is 03/02/20 at 09:00, this will cause the issues you are experiencing.
