For the past 2 Wednesday mornings my broadband has been disconnected for hours. I am unable to work as I can’t get any broadband at all. Virgin acknowledged the outage both times but why is this happening?? It looks awful as I work from home and have lost a total of a days work now because of these repeated outages on the same day of the week! Can anyone explain this or have had similar issues?? Estimated fix today is 4pm (out since before 7am) so it looks like another days work lost!
