Having problems with the hub 4 and connecting the Reolink Poe doorbell camera.
I’ve tried resetting, turning off the firewall, different ports and different Ethernet cables but it doesn’t seem to power it and it’s not recognised through the app.
Ive followed all the advice on the Reolink site and still nothing.
any help or advice ?

From the Reolink manual - NOTE: The Reolink Video Doorbell PoE doesn’t come with a power adapter and power extension cable.
Not all PoE equipment comes with injectors. Most people use PoE switches. Also make sure your power supply is the correct voltage etc.
PoE has different requirements, not all are equal .....

I ordered it from Amazon but used the American site.
yes was trying to power it from the hub 4 this is what it shows in the instructions so I thought it would work. I also have net gear 24 port switch and it doesn’t work in that either
would this work ? Just thinking if I’m purchasing and injector I might want to add a few cameras later.
