Hi Both

Just to let you know I had a call from virgin and they will remove the cable and all the old equipment. You can also cut it yourself as there isn’t enough charge to shock you.

Hi the workman never showed up on Friday as planned. Not happy as I had a day off work

Thanks for the response and really sorry that you're still having the same issue.

I understand you would like to get things sorted.

 

Is there any update since your last post?

We need to refer you to our team, We can do this via online chat, they are available Mon- Fri, 8am-8pm//sat and sun, 9am-6p. To check what seems to be the problem why the engineer didn't show up last Friday.
