Working away - been broadband issues in my area FY3 - had a text saying all ok - my ring camera and CCTV are still offline - says I need to do a reboot- just can't get home and have noone else to do it

Sorry for the confusion over the broadband issues, I've checked the fault ticket and this was for emails not a broadband issue in itself.
