Unfortunately you have to phone in!

The the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 might log your fault if it recognises a problem in your area but phoning in to report it is the better option.

Other contact means (online chat etc.) may not be honoured by VM when it comes to paying out.

Keep records of all dates/times/calls/comm's with VM to ensure you get whatever compo may be due to you.

VM has two full working days to fix a fault before any compensation is applied.

Re: Register for compensation

Hi @Woolleyglen

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for your first posts.

Sorry to hear you have been having an ongoing loss of service. We can understand the inconvenience this may have caused.

Typically we compensate for a loss of service of over 48 hours. You can find all you need to know about logging the fault here https://virg.in/autocomp
Please also let us know if you need any further help.

Thanks,
