No service for over 24th a hours… how do I register for compensation?
Seems to be hidden away somehwere, like access to live chat is.
virgin seem intend on making it difficult to contact them.

Unfortunately you have to phone in!
The the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 might log your fault if it recognises a problem in your area but phoning in to report it is the better option.
Other contact means (online chat etc.) may not be honoured by VM when it comes to paying out.
Keep records of all dates/times/calls/comm's with VM to ensure you get whatever compo may be due to you.
VM has two full working days to fix a fault before any compensation is applied.
