Hi there the red light on my hub 3 is constantly on. I've tried all the different methods on the virgin website to rectify the problem but the light stays on. Any help would be great many thanks.

I've looked at the stats on the hub, which tells me you need an engineer to visit your property.
I've booked this in for you, and the time and date of the visit can be found in your self-care account and can also be altered if required
