Red light probs

Have had the red light on the router now for the past 3 months, which is hot to touch. My wife's laptop though only a year old cannot connect to the WiFi. So it's a case of rebooting/resetting the hub, eventually the laptop will connect. Just done a reset laptop connected. Turned it off, now it won't connect. So there is either a problem with the router or the laptop, any ideas.

Suggest you leave the hub turned off. A VM staff member will be in touch.

Hi Tudor,

Thank you for the reply glad to say I am back up and running VM was in touch, the same day and booked the engineer, who turned up and was brilliant she condemned the router, sorted me out, and it's ran like a dream ever since.
