Red light on virgin media hub

Same issue as the rest on here. Red light on Hub 3 for months. Have unplugged, reset and even left it off for a weeks holiday. No joy on the phone as every option sends you round in circles.

Ok- hang tight for a VM forum rep and they'll be able to book a hub replacement:

If it's a red light in Router mode as opposed to modem mode - VM need to swap out the hub asap as it is either overheating or thinks it is due to a faulty sensor!
