Red light on ten year old hub

I’ve rebooted numerous times and tried 30 second reset but red light remains and wifi intermittently very poor ! Any ideas .

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your Hub, what I would like to do is go about processing out a technicians visit for you, I will just need to confirm some information from you in a quick private message, if you have not used this feature before you can access it via the envelope at the top of your screen.
