The light on my hub 3 has been red instead of green for some days now. Have done a reboot but it’s still the same.

Really sorry to hear that there is a red light on your hub, this isn't good.
Can I ask if it's still like this now?
Is the hub over heating at all or making any funny smells?
I can't see any issues from the back end of things here so if it is still like this we'll need to look at sending a replacement.
