Red light on router constantly

My router is showing a red light . Have tried everything to solve

What Hub model is it and is it in normal router mode ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for posting on our community forum and sorry to hear about the issue with your hub.

 

Are you still experiencing the red light issue with your hub? If so, please do let us know and we'll be sure to get this sorted for you. A red light can mean the WiFi is failing or the Hub is overheating so please ensure this is in a well ventilated place if so.
