Red light on router box

Tuning in

I have had a continuous red light on the router for the past 2 days.  I have rebooted the box several times and checked all cables.   The problem persists …can you help?

The VM forum monitoring team should pick up on your post and reply to you about this. I have the same red light problem and reported it here a couple of days ago and they promptly spotted it and said they will come and supply/fit a replacement in a few days.  It seems to be known issue to VM. (be aware that they will ask some security questions when they reply; nothing to worry about though). Good luck.
