Hub has Red light on, its warm but well ventilated. Its been like this for 3 weeks now. I hope i get more joy on here than the phone route

We'd love to help, could you please tell us if you've tried to reboot or reset your hub 3 as seen here as well as what happens with the hub light when you do this?
Does the red light come back on or does this resolve your issue?
Please, confirm this and we'll be eager to support you further.

Hi both reboot and reset were the same, Red Light Flashes, 2 Green Lights, 1 Green Flashes, Both Green and Red, 1 Green and Red....Back to Red
