Red light on hub 3.0

The red light on our hub 3.0 is constantly on and I think this is affecting the speed. On the website it says it mihht be too hot but it is cool and out in the open.

We need our wifi as both working from home - please help!

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having with your hub.

 

I have been able to locate your account and can see that a new hub would be needed to resolve this problem.

 

I have arranged for this to be sent out to you, If you need information about your delivery, it can be found on your online account and clicking My Account and Order tracking, you will also receive your tracking information via text message or email from our delivery partner.
