Red light on Hub

Hi

I have a sold red light on my hub 4 since yesterday. 
I have done the checks of unplugging everything and plugging back in securely. I have also pressed reset on back of the hub but no luck. Also tried everything I could think of but no luck.

ii have tried every piece of advice on these forums too but safe to say I think it’s a hub or at very least a hub cable issue potentially the splitter to hub cable.

i work in IT so am aware of what needs troubleshooting.

Sounds like I need a new hub sent out or new hub and cables anyway. 

Is someone able to arrange that for me asap.

Hi daveth2014, thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear that your hub is showing a constant red light and for any concerns this may be causing you.  As you've tried all diagnostics suggestions, including a pinhole reset, without success, I would like to take a closer look on your behalf. Hi Rob/Lee

just got my new hub through and it doesn’t have the wall to hub cable as requested. I specifically need this too in the event it is an issue with that wire and not the hub.

I was told it would be included with the hub but I haven’t received it. Can I have a replacement sent out asap please as I need it? Alternatively can I collect one from a virgin media shop?
