I have a sold red light on my hub 4 since yesterday.
I have done the checks of unplugging everything and plugging back in securely. I have also pressed reset on back of the hub but no luck. Also tried everything I could think of but no luck.
ii have tried every piece of advice on these forums too but safe to say I think it’s a hub or at very least a hub cable issue potentially the splitter to hub cable.
i work in IT so am aware of what needs troubleshooting.
Sounds like I need a new hub sent out or new hub and cables anyway.
Is someone able to arrange that for me asap.
