I have searched the forum for this thread and advice states make your own post as this needs attention.
So exact same problem as other poster...
The LED is constantly red as per your own website guidance that signals the modem is overheating.
I’ve turned the hub off and on again Including overnight.
I’ve tried a reset using the pinhole on the back of the hub.
The hub does not feel overly hot but I am getting continual drops in my WiFi which is no use. This problem has been happening for around 2 weeks and my set up has not changed.

I will be able to get this sorted for you by replacing the hub. Are you OK with self-install?

A replacement hub is on the way, please allow 3-5 days for delivery by royal mail.
