Hub 3 showing continuous red light have tried all the recommended fixes but no change, it does seem warm to the touch.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the Hub3 showing a red light
I'd like to take a look into this for you and arrange a swap for a new one.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
In the meantime Its best to stay away from any direct sources of heat, I can see it's in a well ventilated place, which is always good.

I have the same problem. called the help line and have been told , so long as my internet works as normal, then it is not an issue and do nothing ! is this correct?

Hi Martin, I had same problem engineer came Tuesday checked everything told me nothing to worry about it’s the led that’s gone.

Is my Hub 3 Hot or not ?
It can be the LED is fading or it can an over temperature fault.
To check login in to the Hub 3 menu at http://192.168.0.1/ use the numeric HUB PASSWORD from the bottom side label. ( this is not the Wi-Fi password )
Run the Network diagnostic tool
Scroll down through the results and find the Temperature entry. Is it Normal ?
