Hi all,
I've only had my hub-3 for a month now, but for the last 2 weeks the base light has always been red. Not magenta, but red. I have ensured it is not overheating, I have rebooted it, reset it, tried modem mode, but the light is still red.
So far, all my services are working as they should, WiFi is good and ethernet is too. Even though everything is working ok, I am concerned about this red light, other users say virgin should still look into this for me?
Any help and opinions welcomed.

As the light is red we will need to get that replaced. An engineer visit is needed for this and so I will private message you now to confirm your details.
