Red light but connected , want replacment Hub

Hello. Yesterday my Hub made red light, was cleaned and made cool and still have red light but there is connected. I need new one becouse this one have nearly 3 years.

ok, let's clarify a couple of things

1) is it a hub3?
2) do you have the hub on modem mode?

if the answer is yes to both of those then there is no issues, as the light should be magenta (but more often red).

if it isn't in modem mode then a red light means overheating.
call CS and report the issue if that is the case.

May I receive new one becouse it is cold and cant be better cold. Always red light. Really need new one becouse this one have nearly 3 years and need cheap bills also then thinking about cheapest supplier.

Hello. I forget about it. Thats not on modem mode. Still red light, cold, cooled and connected to internet. Thats really weird. First time something like this.

Is the hub still red since your post? Have you tried to factory reset the hub? https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-reset-your-hub

If none of these help: Are you OK with self-install or are you needing an engineer?

Yes Ive tried and still red light. Yesterday near 7PM Ive lost connection and there shown a green light wifi sign
