Red light. Box hot

I have the red light issue. I work from home.l and have intermittent outages. I've restarted multiple times and reset with no change. The router is in a well ventilated location out of direct sunlight. The router is quite hot. The online service status check returns no problems. Can you please advise next steps?

We appreciate you trying the diagnostics and rebooting, however if this red light remains, we will need to investigate this matter as you possibly made need your hub swapping over.
