I am sorry you have been having issues with your hub, with the hub 4 this means that there is an issue with the telephone system. Make sure all cables coming into and out of the Hub are pushed in firmly. You can see 👉here for all the lights and meanings.
I have checked our systems and cannot see any issues with your hub, so let us know how it is going 😊
