Red base light, connection issues

I’ve had a red base light for months on my superhub 3.0 and when I ask the support to run tests it comes back as working fine. Recently the connection from all devices in the house has been very flakey, sometimes not connecting until several attempts. The hub is in an open location and devices are in close proximity. The red light issue concerns me a bit as I don’t want the hub to overheat and set fire to my house. Any help greatly appreciated,

I can certainly understand the concern of the red light on the Hub, thank you for doing the general checks we'd usually advise to see if this helps.

As you are still seeing the red light it would be best for us to arrange an engineer for you to come and check things over. I'll send you a PM to confirm your details so this can be arranged.
