My router is displaying a solid red light. I have turned the router off and back on, I have tried fully resetting it via the button on the back. I have checked all the cables and everything looks fine. I have been unable to find a way to contact virgin media support, can someone please advise. I require access due to working from home so internet access is required asap
I have lost internet connection in my home, has anyone had this issue before?

Sorry to hear of any concerns the constant red light on your hub may be causing you. And also sorry to hear you've lost your internet connection. For the red light issue alone, I do need to take a look on your behalf. However, if you have indeed done a pinhole reset of your hub, it may well be that you're still receiving an internet signal, but need to reconnect any devices to your WiFi?
