Red Light on Router

Hi. 
l’ve read numerous posts and replies on this subject but am still experiencing a solid red light on my router. All items are working and router is not hot. Was an orange (correct) colour when initially installed but been solid red for sometime now. 
Help please.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the red light on the Virgin Media router 😞
May I ask if you're able to ensure that the hub is in an open space, away from direct sunlight, water tanks, and not overheating?
Are you also able to take out all the cables, place them back in and reboot the Virgin Media hub?
