I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the red light on the Virgin Media router 😞
May I ask if you're able to ensure that the hub is in an open space, away from direct sunlight, water tanks, and not overheating?
Are you also able to take out all the cables, place them back in and reboot the Virgin Media hub?
