Our Virgin Media Hub 4 has been flashing white like its in set up mode then showing a solid red for the past hour. We've turned it off and on several times and it isn't working, can someone please look into this?

The red band on a Hub4 means no internet connection. Is it a new install, if so call:

Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500

If that fails:

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Hi

It's not a new install, we've had it for about 3 years now. All day today it has been switching from just a red light to a white light dimming and brightening.

Do Virgin Media check this community? Can someone that works for Virgin address the issue from here?

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
