Had Red light on Hub for days now, Unplugged left it for an 1hr or so and then Replug it in and still got the red Light, It warm to Touch and got plenty ventilation around it.. Customer service useless trying to speak to a human is like speaking to an Alien....

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your broadband Hub!
If your Hub is warm to the touch or smells like burning, please unplug the Hub as this could be a fire hazard. In order to help resolve this issue, we would need to have a technician appointment arranged so that we can help rectify this issue and replace any faulty equipment.
