Recently upgraded internet, now getting constant dropouts and connection issues
I recently had my package upgraded from 100MB to 200MB internet. We very rarely experienced any issues with our internet/WiFi before we upgraded.
Since the upgrade however, we're getting constant dropouts every day, sometimes 4/5 times throughout the day our internet (both ethernet and WiFi) will just completely dropout and it'll take 10-15 minutes for it to return.
I am currently working from home and the disconnections are affecting my work, and it's driving me insane. Could I get some assistance in trying to figure out the root of this issue?
