Recently installed broadband issue

Hi, I had broadband installed this morning and it was working well. The engineer said it might go down for a few mins while they calibrate it but then it’ll be fine. It went down about 90mins ago and is still not working. I have work calls I need to be on this afternoon so could really do with it up and running. Should I reset the router or is there anything else I can do?

It might be doing a software update that can take some time.

Has it sorted itself out yet? What Hub model is it Hub /3/4/5 ?

What are the lights showing/doing?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Sorry to hear of the issues with the broadband connection, so soon after installation.

Can you please provide us with an update on how the services are performing?

Looking into the status of the hub and the local area, there doesn't appear to be any issues flagged.
