Over the last couple months , my connection seems to experience massive degradation, either experiencing packet loss in spurts, dropping speed or purely not working at all(example, phones will report no connection). I see this on both wired and wireless. An example for reference, right now, no one is actively using the web, I'm trying to watch a YouTube video on a wired connection, and it's pausing every 30 seconds, on the lowest quality settings. Does seem worse in evenings, so I assume it's a congestion issue. Anyone else experiencing this ?

Suffice to say, I can't see how any streaming/gaming can happen this holiday season 😞
