Recently been upgraded from a Super Hub 3 and on the 365Mb deal. I now have to reboot the Super Hub 4 at least twice in one day as it seems to flap. It seems to report online yet not transmit or receive and the logs on the device are limited.
this was installed as per default so i am wondering if we need an engineer to come to my home?
I never had this issue with the Super Hub 3 so i am wondering if its teething issues? Has enyone else had the same issue?
Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hub admin pages
