Really unstable broadband - Packet loss ?

We have been having problems with intermittent broadband. Seems to drop out completely. Crashes zoom meetings, live lessons and now my son can't join live games (it's got serious).

I have done a factory reset of Super hub 3 and created a BQM. 

I don't really understand what it shows but I am pretty sure the packet loss shouldn't be that high.

Causing real problems with homeschool/work
