Really bad intermittent wifi

For the past 2 months I have been getting really intermittent wifi which Virgin won’t seem to fix. It is an area issue which they first said would be fixed on the 28th December, then the 18th jan, then the 25th jan and now the 1st of February. What are they actually doing? I’m paying for services which don’t work properly. The post code is WS2

Re: Really bad intermittent wifi

An area issue is separate to a “Wifi issue”.
Wifi issues are internal to the property. Area issues affect a while area or network segment.

Dates quoted for area issues are estimated only and subject to change.

Re: Really bad intermittent wifi

Why give dates that are false though because they can’t be bothered to come out and fix an area issue so they just keep extending is week by week? Give false hope for a fix date fully well knowing it’s false.

Re: Really bad intermittent wifi

They're not false - they're estimated.

If they didn't give a date, people would complain.
If they gave a hard-set date and it passed, people would complain.

So they give estimated dates... yet people still complain.....
