Re-adding a deleted WiFi Pod on Connect app

I've recently joined Virgin Media and needed to order two WiFi pods (not at the same time).  The first one was working I think, but was too far away from the hub to provide wifi to the room it had been put in (still got blackspot), so I got a second Pod.  I've added this and both were visible in the Connect app but the first Pod was showing as not connected and I couldn't seem to do anything about this.

Stupidly I deleted the Pod from the app and now I can't re-add it, it says I have nothing to add.

What do I do?

The Pods should not be put in a blackspot, otherwise they will not work. They need to go about halfway between the Hub (or another Pod) and the blackspot.  Try moving the Pod close to the Hub, and clear the app cache on the phone.
