Having same issue, been ongoing since around 7 last night. Wi-Fi on but not internet to any device. 

Blue flashing light, not touched WPS. Turned off & on, also done a hard reset holding pinhole for 60 seconds, to no avail. 

Spoke on phone, they couldn’t access the system at the minute to see what is going on but said there was a high caller frequency in area suggesting an outage. Going to call back.

Check for a known local fault on 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service

Just tried that service & it says no known faults/outages.

Hi JT92, thanks for the message and welcome back to the forums. 

I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the Wifi connection. 

Can you do a pin hole reset to see if anything changes?

If you have downloaded the connect app is there any blackspots showing in the home and does it allow you to order a WiFi pod?
