Sorry to hear you are also needing some support with getting a new POD connected to your hub.
It should be the case that the POD's come pre-programmed to pair with your Hub. You should then plug in the POD, the light will pulsate white until it pairs with the hub. If it's having difficulties, try moving it a little closer to the hub and then re-locating it once it has paired.
