Re: Smart WiFi using channel 108 dfs

Unfortunately, virginmedia came back with “it’s not a smart WiFi problem, it’s whatever you are trying to connect” after months of trying to sort it, I eventually returned the pods (took 4 months to sort this out) and finally just got the smart WiFi and pods removed from my package. I hope you have better luck

Re: Smart WiFi using channel 108 dfs

Hi Mirinda1974

Sorry to hear of the service issues impacting your wireless network, we appreciate the frustration this can cause and you raising this via the forums.

It's been a few days since your post and you mentioned a visit, has this taken place? Was the issue resolved during the visit?

Please let us know.

Rob
