Re: Repeated Broadband outages - 17 times since April

Had same problem here. Hub keeps dropping. Reboot but goes back to flashing red. About 5th time in last few months. Think I'm going to sack virgin media off

We're sorry to hear of the broadband issues experienced and the rebooting Hub, we appreciate you raising this via the forums ad welcome to the community.


From checking the connection and equipment, there does seem to be an issue with some of the downstream power levels which may be causing the issues. They aren't massively out of spec and there hasn't been any disconnections since early yesterday. The speeds seem to be within the range we'd expect also.
