Hi

Sorry to hijack this post but I have the same issue, I ordered a pod on the phone with an agent on Monday but no confirmation email or texts, as above any help to check if they have actually been ordered would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Community Forums!

I'm sorry to hear you've not had any confirmation of WiFi Pods. You'll usually only receive confirmation around 24-48 hours before the delivery is due to take place.

I'm going to send you a private message, so we can look into this further. Please look out for it in the top-right, white envelope or the "Messages" tab after clicking your username.
