Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

 

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your broadband service. 

 

I have taken a look on our side and I cannot see anything flagging up that could be affecting this. 

 

Are you continuing to have this issue? If you are would you be able to answer the questions asked by Tudor?
