Re: Internet drops out at midnight several times a week.

I also now experience this late evening disconnection that happens most evenings in the week. I think this started about 6 months ago. It is not WiFi but the broadband itself as my devices that are wired directly to the router via ethernet cables are affected. The behaviour is several drop outs and reconnects over periods between 5 and 30 minutes. This affects both streaming and on line game playing.  Forum team help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

I am sorry to hear of the disconnections happening. We've ran a fault diagnostic and cannot see any issues. No area issues are showing and your levels are all in spec.

Could you unplug your router for me, then leave it for 2 minutes before re-plugging in? The reason I ask this, your Hub has been up for nearly 7 weeks without a reboot.

Also, can you start and upload a BQM for us, make sure you remove the MAC address 🙂
