Hey Beth am having a similar issues an engineer came out and put a 4db limiter but it didn't help at all still having the same problem. Any help?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the forums, we have separated your post to it's own thread so we can look into this with you. 

I have taken a look but cannot see any issues on this end that could be causing this issue, I can see that the Hub has been up for over 20 days. Are you able to perform a pin hole reset? To do this push a pen etc into the reset hole and hold in for 60 seconds.

This will force a factory reset so any details on the Hub settings page will change back to original settings but you can change this back after.
