I have a similar issue in that I am out of country and unable to access any of the household devices so I'm unsure if it's a power related issue or internet.   I saw from above you were able to check at least if the router is on.   Would you be able to do that for mine or how do I go about requesting that.

Create your own thread! You can't hijack other people's threads, even if they are months old, and talk to VM staff directly.
