You haven't said are the random disconnects evident on bothe wifi and ethernet cable connected devices? Also do you have a BQM set up? If so post a link - if not do it thus...
...set up a free “Broadband Quality Monitor” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any true network dropouts - it will thus allow you to differentiate between those and simple wifi dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of any/all of your network disconnections, useful data to have to match to the Network logs (in your Hub settings) and also in discussions with VM - note it will take a few hours to start seeing a sensible picture - post up the “link” when you have the first 24h period.
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into with your internet connection, I am sorry its frustrating you.
I just need to ask a few questions to get to the bottom of this for you -
When the internet drops out, do all connections disconnect all the time? Or do some, maybe wired devices, stay connected?
When the internet drops out, do any indicator lights show on the HUB?
Do all devices have slow buffering like when you stream Netflix or load something on Social Media?
Would you be able to do a speed test here - virg.in/speedtest – so we can see how your wired connection is performing please?
I also have a link here that I think are really helpful in this situation - Intermittent Connection Issues
Let me know the answers to all these questions and follow the advice on that link to see if it helps 🙂
