Re: Random disconnects and loss of internet

Loss of wireless or wired connections?

Do the lights change when the connection drops?

Re: Random disconnects and loss of internet

Both. The modem shows green two way arrow and the wireless light goes green to If I remember. Wifi does not come back for ages or sometimes I have to reboot.

Oh and another thing as well is sometimes my 5ghx wifi password changes to some garbled rubbish when I loose my connection... I have reset all my passwords to something new to see if it happens again but I do hide my SSID anyway..

Re: Random disconnects and loss of internet

Thanks for getting in touch. I have done a lot of what you said but I now await a reply.

1) checking cables

2) pin hole reset

3) removing 8 port switch
