Random Disconnection and Rebooting Hub 3

Hi,

I've been having random network disconnection issues ever since I had my Hub 2 replaced with a new Hub 3. The Internet drops out, then the Hub reboots itself. This is happening during the day and night. Late last night/early morning around 1am the Hub disconnected and rebooted 3 times within the space of an hour.

I never had this problem with the Hub 2.

Can anyone see the issue from these Logs? Many Thanks.

Re: Random Disconnection and Rebooting Hub 3

Your upstream power levels are too high:

Upstream bonded channels
Channel Frequency (Hz) Power (dBmV) Symbol Rate (ksps) Modulation Channel ID
1 39400000 5.1 5120 64 qam 4
2 53700055 5.1 5120 64 qam 2
3 46200034 5.1 5120 64 qam 3
4 60300180 5.1 5120 64 qam 1

The above values are actually 51, however the HUB reports a decimal out!

Did your old HUB have an addtional device between the white cable at the HUB itself?

Odd then that the power levels have changed, unless the HUB 2 was less fussy with the higher levels!

Regardless they will need adjusting by a VM engineer.
