Lost our broadband and Virgin no use whatsoever just says no known issues and come back tomorrow if doesn’t resolve itself? Called and can’t speak to anyone just sends you a link to known issues and how to resolve.

If you didn't, also Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level that the Area issues status website may not report

I'm sorry to hear you've been having a lot of issues with your services recently.
After checking this end, I can see that you've been able to speak with our Faults Team on a few occasions since posting. Have you been able to get everything resolved?
