RCS partial service / sync timing failure

Hi.

 

My Hub 3.0 is persistently rebooting and losing service.

 

The logs flick between RCS partial service and sync timing failures.

 

I'm desperate to resolve this. I'm supposed to be working from home for the NHS and need the router to work.

Can you post some downstream and upstream stats looks like possible issues with power levels.

Hi,

You very high pre and post rs errors which will be causing this. Can you make sure your cables are all fitted hand tight like wall socket, any splitters and at the back of superhub. If they are tight then then you would need to get an engineer out. You can use there text service on 07533 016 422. Just tell you're having line quality issues and mention pre rs errors and post rs errors are sky high.
