RCS partial Service and Lost MDD Timeout

Good afternoon,

I've had a few months of good reliable broadband ever since an engineer rewired our line in. To overcome a damaged wire I believe the engineer changed our connection to splice off the adjacent flat (I might be wrong), this worked really well but the wire was routed in front of the front door threshold. This week I suspect one of my neighbours has stepped on this wire and damaged it internally, I say this as all of my bad symptoms have returned. I think I will need an engineer again.

Downstream looks bad - Lots of PostRS errors (uncorretable) and SNR on channel 11 way too low!

Needs an engineer to fix

VM Staff should be along to sort out soon!

Engineers were here yesterday afternoon, they ended up fixing a faulty connection to the splitter. I'm very happy with the turnaround time to get my broadband sorted.
